Jacksonville, FL- October 24 , 2014 – The Stuttgart Cup/Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy heads to Savannah Grand Prize of America on October 24-26, 2014 for The Savannah Speed Classic.
The weekend events begin on Friday, October 24 with two track sessions. Races begin on Saturday, October 25 with a morning qualifying session followed by a sprint race at 1:25 PM. Racing will continue on Sunday, October 26 with a one-hour enduro at 9:00 AM followed by the second and final sprint race of the weekend at 12:30 PM.
The Stuttgart Cup will have a fast field of Caymans hitting the track.
Keith Faver captured his first Stuttgart Cup victory at Road Atlanta in July and will return to competition in his beautiful No. 25 Gulf Porsche seeking another victory.
Rodrigo Sales has captured multiple podium finishes and victories and will be racing hard in his No. 88 Jägermeister liveried Porsche Cayman S.
Jim Grey is set to make his return to competition this weekend piloting his beautiful matte-grey Martini Porsche Cayman S.
Joe Sullivan, who captured a podium finish at The Mitty at Road Atlanta, will be racing his Lowenbrau/Holbert Racing liveried Porsche Cayman S.
Point leader Bill Riddell has achieved three wins and eight podium finishes in 2014 competition in his black and white striped No. 05 Porsche Cayman S and aims to protect his points lead with solid finishes in Savannah.
Professional racers and Porsche experts Shane Lewis and Jack Baldwin will be racing and coaching throughout the weekend.

About The Stuttgart Cup/Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy:
Both The Stuttgart Cup™ and the Mission Foods GT3 Cup Trophy USA by Car Amigo are managed by Americas Cup GT L.L.C. Both championships are sprint and endurance series with The Stuttgart Cup™ open to all Porsche Caymans and Boxsters and Mission Foods GT3 open to all 2000 and later Porsche 911 GT3s and related models. Rules for both series are centered on power to weight ratio. All competing Stuttgart Cup cars must compete with stock make and model engine and transmissions with approved allowances for exhaust and intake modifications. Stuttgart Cup organizers also welcome all competitors with existing race-prepared Caymans or Boxsters to compete with body and engine modifications balanced within series power to weight ratio parameters. All such competitors will not be eligible for championship points or class-designated race wins, but the door is always open to all Cayman and Boxster competitors to get in on the action.
